频闪电子动态喉镜下诊治环杓关节脱位的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨环杓关节脱位患者在频闪电子动态喉镜下环杓关节复位术的情况及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析本院2012～2014年环杓关节脱位7例患者在频闪电子动态喉镜下行环杓关节脱位复位治疗的临床资料。结果首次复位成功4例,10天后再次复位成功3例，术后均配合雾化吸入等药物治疗。结论频闪电子动态喉镜下诊治环杓关节脱位诊断确切，复位疗效肯定。Objective To investigate the clinical significance for the closed reduction of ericoarytenoid joint dislocation in the treatment of cricoarytenoid joint dislocation under stroboscopic electronic dynamic laryngoscope. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of the closed reduction of cricoarytenoid joint dislocation in the treatment of cricoarytenoid joint dislocation under stroboscopic electronic dynamic laryngoscope in 2012-2014 years in our hospital. Results 4 cases were successfully reset for the first time, 3 cases were reset again successfully after 10 days, and treated with aerosol inhalation drug therapy after reset. Conclusion There have an exact diagnosis and treatment of cricoarytenoid joint dislocation under stroboscopic electronic dynamic laryngoscope, and reset effect is fine.
