摘 要:目的:探讨大学新生社会支持与情绪智力之间的关系。方法:采用社会支持评定量表和大学生情绪智力量表对山东某本科院校488名大一新生进行调查。结果:1性别、独生子女、何时住校、家庭关系对社会支持总分有影响(t=-2.230,-1.99,4.095;P<0.05;t=16.420,P<0.001),文理科在支持利用度上有显著统计学意义(t=5.571,P<0.01);2性别、生源地、独生子女、家庭关系对情绪智力部分因子差异有统计学意义,文理科对情绪智力全部因子差异都有显著统计学意义。何时住校对情绪智力差异没有统计学意义;3社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度与新生情智力总分之间呈显著正相关(r=0.300,0.110,0.237,0.306;P<0.01);4客观支持与情绪表现能力之间相关不显著,但与情绪觉知力(r=0.112,P<0.05)、情绪评价能力(r=0.100,P<0.05)、情绪适应力(r=0.135,P<0.01)和情绪调控能力(r=0.092,P<0.05)有着显著正相关;5主观支持和支持利用度对情绪觉知力、情绪评价能力和情绪适应力具有预测作用。结论:大学新生情绪智力与社会支持之间存在密切相关关系,大学新生社会支持的提高有利于情绪智力的发展。Objective:To investigate the relationship between social support and emotional intelligence of university freshmen.Methods:Using the social support rating scale and emotional intelligence scale to survey 488 college freshmen from a Shandong University.Results:① There were significant differences in social support among gender,only child or not,family relationship and when boarding(t=-2.230,-1.99;F=16.42,4.095;P〈0.05);② There were significant differences among gender,student nationalities,noly child or not,family relationship in some factors of emotional intelligence;there were on siginificant differences in emotional intelligence among when boarding;③The social support score,objective support,subjective support and utilization of social support was significantly positive correlated with the emotion intelligence of the freshman(t=0.30,0.11,0.237,0.306;P〈0.01).④Objective support had no significant correlation with the emotional expression ability,but had significant correlation with emotional awareness force,the emotional evaluation,emotional resilience and the emotional regulation ability(r=0.112,0.10,0.135,0.092;P〈0.05).5Subjective support and utilization of social support had significant predictability on emotional awareness,emotional evaluation capacity,and emotional resilience.Conclusion:There are osculation relationship between freshmen's emotional intelligence and social support,freshmen increase social support in favor of the development of emotional intelligence.
