区域大气污染联防联控协作机制探讨

摘　　要：本文总结分析了当前我国区域大气联防联控协作机制存在的问题,在此基础上,从统一规划、统一评估、统一政策、统一预警、统一信息管理五个方面提出了完善我国重点区域大气污染联防联控协作机制的建议,为环境管理提供决策支持。Analyzing problems of the current regional air defense control coordination mechanism,on this basis,from five aspects of unified planning,unified evaluation,unified policy,unified early warning,unified information management,put forward to suggestions of improving regional air pollution joint prevention and control mechanism.
