摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和科学技术的进步,水利水电工程在防洪、发电、灌溉、航运等方面发挥了巨大的社会与经济效应,对促进经济的发展起了重要的作用。但是水利水电工程在建设的过程中,破坏生态环境。因此,环境影响评价工作已成为水利水电工程建设的一个重要环节。With the progress of China＇s economic development and science and technology,Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering has played a huge social and economic effects of flood control,power generation,irrigation,navigation,etc.,and it has played an important role in promoting the economic development. But,it destroys the environment in the process of the Construction of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering. Therefore,environmental impact assessment has become an important part of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower Engineering.
