摘  要:目的了解独生子女产妇的母乳喂养知识、态度和行为(KAP),为独生子女产妇健康教育提供理论支持。方法对2016年1月至2016年3月在陕西省人民医院产科住院分娩的178例独生子女产妇进行母乳喂养KAP调查,运用Epi Data 3.0录入数据,SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果 178名独生子女产妇中,母乳喂养知识、态度、行为得分分别为(7.95±1.93)分、(12.24±2.73)分和(9.19±3.03)分。产妇的年龄、文化程度、月收入及分娩方式对母乳喂养均有影响。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,婴儿性别(OR=2.145,P=0.025)、母乳喂养知识(OR=0.028,P=0.002)、喂养信心与态度(OR=1.737,P=0.017)及所希望的喂养方式(OR=2.339,P=0.030)均为母乳喂养的影响因素。结论独生子女产妇的母乳喂养知识有待强化,以树立信心,形成正性早期促进母乳喂养的行为。Objectve To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice( KAP) of breastfeeding in only-child puerperae so as to provide theoretical basis for conducting health education of only- child puerperae. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the general conditions and breastfeeding KAP among 178 only-child puerperae in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January to March in 2016.Epidata 3. 0 was used to input data and SPSS17. 0 software was adopted to conduct statistical analysis. Results The scores of breastfeeding KAP 178 only-child puerperae were 7. 95 ± 1. 93,12. 24 ± 2. 73 and 9. 19 ± 3. 03,respectively. Maternal age,culture level,monthly income and delivery way affected breastfeeding. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that influencing factors of breastfeeding included gender of infants( OR = 2. 145,P = 0. 025),breastfeeding knowledge( OR = 0. 028,P = 0. 002),confidence and attitude of breastfeeding( OR = 1. 737,P = 0. 017) and expected feeding pattern( OR = 2. 339,P = 0. 030). Conclusion The breastfeeding knowledge of one-child puerperae needs to be improved to build up confidence and form positive early promoting breastfeeding behavior.
