幼少女异常阴道出血诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨幼少女阴道出血原因及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析广东省妇幼保健院妇科2010年5月至2014年5月因阴道出血来本科就诊的62例幼女患儿情况。结果 62例患儿中,阴道异物15例,妊娠相关疾病10例,内分泌失调导致青春期功血9例,阴道炎症8例,外伤6例,肿瘤性疾病5例,赘生物4例,其他原因不明5例。结论幼少女的异常阴道出血,以阴道异物常见,临床医师应高度重视,行全面检查,及时诊断,正确处理,以维护少女的身心健康和发育。Objective To study the causes,diagnosis and treatment of vaginal bleeding in young girls. Methods A total of 62 children with vaginal bleeding who visiting Guangdong Women and Children Hospital from May 2010 to May 2014 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Among 62 children,15 cases were found with vaginal foreign body,10 cases with diseases of pregnancy,9 cases with endocrine disorders,8 cases with vaginitis,6 cases with trauma,5 cases with tumors,4 cases with neoplasm,and 5 cases of others. Conclusion Vaginal foreign body is common for vaginal bleeding in young girls. The medical staffs should attach great importance to offer comprehensive examination and timely diagnosis and treatment,so as to maintain mental and physical health of young girls.
