苦碟子注射液辅助治疗对2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨苦碟子注射液辅助治疗对2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者微循环影响及安全性。方法:收集我院80例2型糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予甲钴胺治疗,实验组患者给予苦碟子注射液治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后微循环水平、周围神经评分、不良反应发生率及治疗效果。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者管袢形态、管袢流态、袢周状态以及周围神经评分水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗管袢形态、管袢流态、袢周状态以及周围神经评分水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症的发生率低于对照组,而临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液辅助治疗能够改善患者的微循环以及周围神经情况,临床疗效较好,安全性高。Objective： To investigate the effect and safety of the treatment of type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy by injection of Kudiezi injection. Methods： 80 cases of type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Mecobalamin treatment, experimental, group were treated with Kudiezi injection. Observe and compare microcirculation, peripheral nerve score, incidence of adverse reactions and treatment effect of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment. Results： compared with before treatment, pipe loop shape, tube loop flow, state around the loop and peripheral nerve score levels lower, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） after treatment of two groups of patients; compared with the control group, the loop shape pipe, pipe loop flow, around the loop state and peripheral nerve score levels lower, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and clinical treatment of higher than the control group, the difference has statistics significance （P 〈 0.05） of patients in the experimental group. Conclusion： The assistant treatment of Kudiezi injection can improve the microcirculation and peripheral nerve of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, clinical efficacy is good, it is.worthy of popularization and application.
