摘　　要：介绍了一种皮革工业固体废弃物资源化的新途径。提取废弃物中的胶原蛋白 ,改性后制备具有合适分子量、黏度和稳定性的纺丝液 ,再经湿法纺丝和后处理得到具有很多优异性能的胶原蛋白纤维 ,可作为纺织行业的“绿色纤维”,满足人们对高档面料和环保的要求。A new way to recycling leather wastes was introduced in this paper, in which collagen protein was recovered and modified to gain spinnable dope with suitable molecular weight and viscosity. And the dope was wet spun to produce collagen protein fiber with many excellent properties, which can fulfill the demand for high quality textile products and environment protection.
