泻肺利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭伴利尿剂抵抗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察泻肺利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭伴利尿剂抵抗的临床疗效。方法选择慢性心力衰竭伴利尿剂抵抗患者60例,随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组常规治疗相同,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用具有泻肺利水作用的中药协定处方心衰3号方,疗程均为2周。观察2组治疗前后中医症状疗效、左心室射血分数(LVEF)和6 min步行距离(6MWT)。结果治疗后2组患者中医症状疗效、LVEF和6MWT均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泻肺利水法可显著改善慢性心力衰竭伴利尿剂抵抗患者的临床症状及心功能情况。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiefei Lishui （ reducing lung and eliminating water） method for chronic heart failure patients accompanied with diuretic resistance. Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure accompanied with diuretic resistance were divided into the control group and the treatment group of 30 cases respectively with random number table method. Both two groups received the same basic treatment, while the treatment group was also treated with Heart Failure No. 3 Formula which had an effect of reducing lung and eliminating water additionally. The total treatment for both groups lasted 2 weeks. The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） symptoms, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and 6 rain walking test （6MWT） were measured in both groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with that of before treatment in both groups, TCM symptom scores, LVEF, and 6 MWT after treatment were significantly improved, and moreover, the improvement in the treatment group was markedly superior to that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion TCM methods of Xiefei Lishui can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and heart function in CHF patients with diuretic resistance.
