摘  要:目的观察益气活血中药对糖尿病大鼠心肌组织羟脯氨酸含量的影响。方法予高脂高糖饲料喂养的雄性SD大鼠一次性腹腔注射50 mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病模型,4周后以益气活血方及其有效组分配方进行药物干预,同时设正常对照组及模型对照组。观察大鼠的一般情况,灌胃4周后处死大鼠,剪取左心室心肌组织,采用HE染色观察大鼠心肌组织形态学,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测大鼠心肌组织羟脯氨酸含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠一般情况较差,心肌病理损害严重,心肌羟脯氨酸含量明显增加,益气活血中药干预后各组大鼠以上情况得到不同程度改善。结论益气活血中药可能通过减少心肌组织羟脯氨酸含量发挥抗糖尿病大鼠心肌纤维化的作用。Objective To observe Yiqi Huoxue (benefiting qi and activating blood) herbs on the contents of hydroxyproline in myocardial tissue of dialectic rats. Methyls Male SD rats fed with high fat and high sugar were made into diabetic model by intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ) one time. Four weeks later, Yiqi Huoxue Formula and its effective components were given for intervention. The normal control group and model group were set up. The general conditions of rats were observed, and they were put to death after 4 weeks of gavage and the myocardial tissue of left ventricle was got for HE staining to be observed in histomorphology, ELISA was used for the test of the contents of hydroxyproline in myocardial tissue of rats. Results To compare with the normal control group, the general conditions of the model control group were worse with serious damage of cardiac muscle in pathology, and increased contents of cardiac hydroxyproline. The above could be improved differently by the intervention of Yiqi Huoxue herbs. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue herbs can probably reduce the contents of cardiac hydroxyproline to fight against myocardial fibrosis in rats.
