摘 要:目的:观察不同氧浓度对大鼠血液中血红蛋白和红细胞数量的影响。方法:5周龄健康雄性大鼠80只,随机分为11%和15%氧浓度干预组,分别包括常氧对照组(C11,C15),低氧处理组(4H11,4H15,8H11,8H15,12H11,12H15)。对照组正常饲养,低氧处理组每天分别在11%和15%氧浓度环境中暴露4小时、8小时和12小时,连续暴露7天。检测所有组大鼠的血液血红蛋白浓度、红细胞的数量。结果:11%氧浓度下,4H11组的红细胞数量显著高于8H11组(P<0.05),各组血红蛋白浓度无显著性差异;15%氧浓度下暴露各组红细胞数量和血红蛋白浓度无显著性变化。结论:11%氧浓度下分别暴露4、8、12小时,红细胞数量呈先下降后上升的趋势;15%氧浓度对红细胞数量无显著性变化。两种氧浓度下暴露4、8、12小时均不能对血红蛋白浓度产生影响。Objective: This paper aimed to observe and analyze the influence of different hypoxic exposure on the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin in young rats. Methods: 80 male SD rats were randomly assigned into control groups (C11, C15) and hypoxic treatment groups. According to different hypoxic exposure time (4,8,12 h/d) and oxygen concentration (11%, 15% ), hypoxic treatment groups were divided (4H11, 4H15, 8H11, 8H15,12H11,12H15)and then detected the blood about red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb). Results: The number of RBC of 8HH group was significantly lower than 4H11 groups (P〈0.05). There is no significantly difference between every group in hemoglobin. Conclusion: Comparison with 8 h/d, seven consecutive days' 11% oxygen concentration hypoxic exposure for 4 h/d promotes the number of RBC in the blood. There is no influence on the number of hemoglobin in 11% oxygen concentration hypoxic exposure. There is no influence on the number of RBC and hemoglobin in 15% oxygen concentration hypoxic exposure.
