摘  要:旨在了解聊城地区野生淡水鱼感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴情况,为防治工作提供理论依据。从聊城地区徒骇河中采集鲫鱼、麦穗鱼、白鱼、洛氏鱥、鳑鲏鱼5种野生淡水鱼共计693尾,采用直接压片法和消化法分别检查华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染率、感染强度,并用豚鼠感染的方法证实鱼体内所染虫种。结果发现5种淡水鱼全部感染华支睾吸虫囊蚴,总感染率为41.13%(285/693),以麦穗鱼的感染率最高为58.88%(136/231),洛氏鱥最低为6.87%(9/131),单尾感染强度最高为鲈塘鳢(784个/尾),单尾感染强度最底为洛氏鱥(5个/尾),鱼背部肌肉感染率最高为100%,其次为腹部肌肉38.25%、鱼鳃为5.97%。聊城地区野生淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染情况较为严重,应加强宣传和防治工作,以保护人体的健康。To understand infectious status of Metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis in wild freshwater fish with the Liaocheng region of Shandong Province and to provide a scientific opinion to prevent and control Clonorchis sinensis. The 5 different wild freshwater fishes (Carassius auratus, Pseudorasbora parka, Erythroculter ilishae f ormis , Phoxinus lagowskii Dybowski , Perccottus glehni ,Parasilurus asotu) totally 693 units,were picked from Tuhai river in Liaocheng region of Shandong Province. The direct compression was used to check the infection rate of metacercariae of C. sinensis, and the pepsin-HC1 artificial digestion method was used to check the average degree. C. sinensis species was confirmed by infecting guinea pig. Metacercariae of C. sinensis were observed in all of the 5 freshwater fishes. The total infection rate was 41. 13% (285/693). The highest positive rate of 58.88G (136/231) is Pseudorasbora parva and the lowest rate of 6.87 % (9/131) is Phoxinus lagowskii Dybowski. The maximal average infection degree was Perccottus glehnidybowski, 784 metacercarias per 1 fish,the lowest was 5 in Phoxinus lagowskii Dybowski. Fish dorsal muscle infection rate was the highest for 100%, followed by 38. 25% of abdominal muscle,5.97% of gill . The infectious status of metacercariae of C. sinensis in Liaocheng wild freshwater fishes is more serious, it is suggested that the relevant departments should take positive and effective prevention measures, in order to protect the ecological environment and human health.
