摘  要:用PCR-RFLP的方法检测了猪视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)和整合素β1(ITGB1)基因在试验猪群中的多态性,同时分析其对大白猪产仔数、产活仔数、健仔数、初生窝重等性状的影响。结果显示:RBP4基因AA型产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重显著高于AB、BB型(P<0.05),AA型健仔数极显著高于BB型(P<0.01),显著高于AB型(P<0.05)。ITGB1基因TT型产仔数、产活仔数、健仔数高于TC、CC型,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。RBP4与ITGB1基因9种合并基因型中AATT型产仔数、产活仔数、健仔数均高于其他合并基因型,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。To study the influence of retinol binding proteins 4 and integrin β1 polymorphisms on reproductive performance of sow, PCR-RLFP technique was used to detect genotypes of RBP4 gene and ITGB1 gene of Yorkshire and Landrace sows,and their effects on TNB,NBA,NHB and WB of Large White pigs were analyzed. The results showed that, for RBP4 gene, the TNB, NBA and WB of sows with AA genotype were significantly larger than those with AB and BB genotypes (P〈0.05) ,the NHB of AA was very significantly larger than those of BB genotype (P〈0. 01) and significantly larger than AB genotype (P〈0.05). Eor ITGB1 gene,TNB, NBA and WB of sows with TT genotype were larger than those with TC and CC genotypes, but no significant differences (P〈0.05). Nine combined genotypes were found in these pig populations of RBP4 and ITGB1 genes,AATT genotype was found significantly higher TNB,NBA and NHB than those of the other genotypes,but no significant differences (P〉0.05).
