摘 要:随着电子产品的发展趋于高频化、集成化和小型化,使得空间内电磁场的强度越来越大,不仅电子产品自身会受到电磁干扰的影响,而且向外辐射的电磁波会通过特定的路径耦合到周围其他电子设备中,同样会产生不必要的干扰。对全桥型开关电源直流变换器的工作原理和电磁干扰机理进行了分析,选取了适合在较高频率下工作的电路元器件模型,搭建了全桥直流变换器的电路模型。通过仿真结果分析了传导干扰产生的原因,以及电路的寄生参数对传导干扰的影响。With the development of electronic products, it tends to high frequency, integration and miniaturization, makes the strength of the electromagnetic field in the space is growing, not only electronic products itself are subjected to electromagnetic interference, but also electromagnetic waves radiate outward through specific path coupled to other electronic equipment around, also causes unnecessary interference. This paper introduces and analyzes the principles and electromagnetic interference mechanism work of full-bridge type switching power supply DC converter selectes circuit components model for work at higher frequencies and the circuit model to build a full-bridge DC converter. The causes of the simulation results generated by conduction disturbances, as well as the effects of parasitic circuit parameters for conduction disturbances are analyzed.
