摘　　要：利用ANSYS软件的生死单元技术,结合生产实际,对膜式壁管屏焊接温度场进行数值模拟,得到其焊接温度分布规律及特定节点的热循环曲线图和不同焊接电流对焊接过程的影响,为膜式壁管屏焊接残余应力、热变形分析及焊接质量控制提供重要依据。By using the technology of ＂ element birth and death ＂ in the software of ANSYS, combination with production practice, for membrane wall tube welding temperature field numerical simulation, gets the welding temperature distribution and specific nodes of thermal cycle curve and the influence of different welding current on the welding process. For membrane wall tube welding residual stress, thermal deformation analysis and quality control provides important basis.
