摘　　要：为了促进校企协同,加强校企协同培养农业工程专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养。论述了农业工程专业学位研究生培养的特点和出现的问题,校企协同的重要性及相关研究的基本情况。针对农业工程专业硕士研究生培养的特点,在培养目标与体系、课程体系与教学资源建设、教学内容等方面的改革内容进行详细探讨。指出构建校企协同培养的模式对于提高研究生创新能力具有重要的现实意义。In order to promote the school enterprise cooperation,strengthen school enterprise cooperation training for agricultural engineering professional degree graduate students practice and innovation ability training. This paper discusses the characteristics and the problems of agriculture engineering graduate education in professional degree students,as well as the importance and the basic situation of related research of school enterprise cooperation. It focuses on agricultural engineering graduate students training characteristics and in training target and system,course system and the construction of teaching resources,teaching content reform content are discussed in detail. Points out that the construction of school enterprise cooperation training model to improve the innovation ability of graduate students has important practical significance.
