摘　　要：在现代远程教育迎来历史性发展机遇的大趋势下,制度文化建设是现代远程教育迈入规范、民主、法治管理轨道的保障条件。现代远程教育制度文化既是彰显学校品牌特色的标志,也是提升学校品位魅力的关键。"石大远程"通过文化建设的实践探索,总结了制度文化建设实践中的几方面重要启示。Modern distance education is under the trend of historic development opportunity. System cultural constructiori is the guarantee condition of entering the specification, democracy,and legal management track. Modem distance education system culture is not only showing the features of the school brand,but also the key to improve school＇s charm. CPUDE surfimarizes the aspects of important enlightenments through cultural construction practice.
