摘 要:介绍了热网络法的基本原理及其在卫星热计算、车内温度预测、大功率照明用LED散热计算等方面的应用。热网络法特别适用于以辐射为主的换热问题或涉及多种材料的导热问题,是进行产品热分析计算的有效方法。在使用过程中,需注意影响热网络法计算结果的一些重要因素,如单元体的划分、模型参数的取值等,以便使计算结果与实际值之间的偏差最小。The basic principles for thermal network method was described in this paper,and applications of the method were discussed,such as in satellite thermal calculation,temperature prediction in cars and heat dissipation of high power LED used for lighting,etc.. The method is especially suitable for heat transfer problems which are dominated by thermal radiation or heat conduction problems related to several types of materials. It is an effective method for thermal analysis and calculation of products. However,to minimize the difference between the calculated temperature and the actual temperature,attention should be paid to a few key factors which affect the calculated results when the method is used,such as division of elements,selection of parameter values in control equations,etc..
