摘 要:[目的]探讨蜜环菌人工培养方法。[方法]研究菌材营养和pH、光照、温度等环境条件下蜜环菌生长形态变化规律和生长量。[结果]pH 5.0浸泡液浸泡菌材、黑暗条件有利于蜜环菌生长;温度较高有利于气生菌丝生长,温度较低有利于菌索生长;用带有栎树、棉秸秆的混合材料作菌材培养蜜环菌,可实现发菌快、菌索多的目的。[结论]试验结果为提高蜜环菌人工培养技术水平提供了理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to discuss artificial culture method for Armillaria mellea.[Method] The change forms and increment of Arm illaria mellea under different conditions such as material nutrition, pH, light, temperature were studied.[ Result] The results showed that pH value of 5.0 for soaking material and dark conditions are conducive to the growth of Armillaria mellea;High temperature is in favor of aerial mycelium growth and low temperature is in favor of rhizomorph growth;Hybrid material with oak and cotton straw material can provide nutrition rapidly for Armillaria mellea and it is vigorous.[ Conclusion] The results can provide theoretical basis for improving technical level of artificial cultivation of Armillaria mellea.
