摘 要:采用正火+回火态12Cr1Mo VR热处理态钢板进行焊接工艺性及焊接接头性能试验。试验结果表明,12Cr1Mo VR热处理态钢板的焊接抗冷裂的预热温度应≥50℃。采用手工电弧焊和埋弧焊对钢板进行焊接接头工艺及性能试验,焊接接头的最高硬度HV10≤350,采用不同焊接焊接热输入焊接的12Cr1Mo VR钢板焊接接头具有良好的强韧性匹配,其焊接接头具有良好的抗中低温脆性断裂特性。Weldability and performance of welded joint for normalized -tempered 12Cr1MoVR steel plates were investigated. The experimental results showed that preheating temperature of welding cold cracking resistance for the heat -treated 12Cr1MoVR steel plates was no less than 50 ℃. The steel plate was welded by manual arc welding and submerged arc welding to test weldability and performance of the welding joint for 12Cr1MoVR plates, the highest hardness of the welded joint was no more than 350( HV10), there was a good match between the strength and the toughness for welded joint of the 12Cr1MoVR plates by using different welding heat input energy, it was showed that there was good resistance to low temperature brittle fracture characteristics for the welded joint of the 12Cr1MoVR plates.
