摘　　要：目的鉴定Rh系统ce复合抗原抗体抗-ce(抗-RH6或抗-f),制订患者交叉配血的策略。方法对6例抗体筛选阳性且Rh表型分别为DCc Ee(4例)、Dcc EE(1例)、DCCee(1例)的患者血浆采用LISS/Coombs卡做抗体鉴定,根据阴性排除法的原则确定抗体的特异性;同时采用吸收和放散试验区分和鉴定同时存在的同种抗体。结果 6例患者血浆中均存在Rh血型系统ce复合抗原抗体抗-ce,其中2例分别同时存在抗-e或抗-c。结论红细胞上缺乏Rh复合抗原ce的患者经过输血或妊娠免疫,可能产生针对该复合抗原的抗体抗-ce,而抗-ce与单纯的c和e抗原均无反应性;抗-ce可能和Rh系统的抗-c或抗-e同时存在。Objective To identify the antibody anti-ce （anti-RH6 or anti-f）, which is an antibody against ce compound antigen of Rh system, and establish corresponding transfusion strategy. Methods LISS/Coombs method was applied to identify the antibody specificity of six patients whose antibody screening tests were positive and Rh phenotype were DCcEe（4patients）, DccEE（lpatient）, and DCCee（1 patient） respectively; According to the negative exclusion principle, antibody specificity was clarified. At the same time, the aborsption-elution test was carried to disclose co-existing other allo antibodies. Results Anti-ce was found in serum of all six patients; meanwhile, anti-e/anti-c existed in the serum of the other two patients. Conclusions Patients who lack of the ce compound antigen may produce the anti-ce antibody after transfusion or pregnancy. Antibody anti-ce is not responsive to single c or e antigen. Anti-ce antibody can exist with anti-c or anti-e antibody simultaneously.
