定痛救心胶囊治疗阳虚寒凝型冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察定痛救心胶囊配合西药治疗阳虚寒凝型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法：选阳虚寒凝型冠心病心绞痛患者60例,按照随机数字表随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组单纯口服消心痛（硝酸异山梨醇酯）10mg,每日3次;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用定痛救心胶囊每次6粒,每日3次。两组病人以2周为一个治疗疗程。结果：治疗组心绞痛总有效率为86.67%（95%CI=69.30%～96.20%）,对照组为63.33%（95%CI=46.09%～80.57%）,两组综合疗效比较（u=1.721 3,P=0.085 3）,差异接近临界状态;两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为80.00%（95%CI=65.69%～94.31%）,对照组为53.33%（95%CI=35.46%～71.18%）,两组综合疗效比较（u=1.937 3,P=0.052 9）,差异接近临界状态。结论：采用定痛救心胶囊配合西药治疗阳虚寒凝型冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,其临床疗效收益为OR=0.27（95%CI=0.07～0.96）,NNT=4（95%CI=2.21～69.93）;其心电图收益为OR=0.29（95%CI=0.09～0.90）,NNT=4（95%CI=1.98～35.59）。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Dingtong Jiuxin capsules combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type. Methods： 60 cases of selected patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of Yang-deficiency and cold-coagulation type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated simple with 10 mg oral Xiaoxintong Tablets（ Isosorbide dinitrate Tablets）,3 times a day; while the treatment group was treated plus Dingtong Jiuxin capsules on the basis of treatment of control group,6 capsules each time,3times a day. For both groups,2 weeks as a course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of angina pectoris of treatment group was 86. 67%（ 95% CI = 69. 30%- 96. 20%）,while that of control group was 63. 33%（ 95%CI = 46. 09% to 80. 57%）; compared the comprehensive effects of two groups（ u = 1. 721 3,P = 0. 085 3）,the difference closed to the critical state. Compared the electrocardiogram effects of two groups,the total effective rate of treatment group was 80. 00%（ 95% CI = 65. 69%- 94. 31%）,while that of control group was 53. 33%（ 95%CI = 35. 46%- 71. 18%）; compared the comprehensive effects of two groups（ U = 1. 937 3,P = 0. 052 9）,the difference closed to the critical state. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Dingtong Jiuxin capsules combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of Yang- deficiency and cold-coagulation type is better than that of simple western medicine. Its benefit of clinical effect is OR = 0. 27（ 95% CI = 0. 07- 0. 96）,NNT = 4（ 95% CI = 2. 21- 69. 93）; its benefit of electrocardiogram is OR = 0. 29（ 95% CI = 0. 09- 0. 90）and NNT = 4（ 95% CI = 1. 98- 35. 59）.
