摘 要:基于山前平原城市的自然地理、地貌及水系条件,运用SWMM模型,在规划土地利用条件下进行水系排涝模拟演算,计算雨量资料频率,推求5、10、20年一遇设计雨量以及时程分配。并根据下垫面情况及地形地貌对计算分区和模型进行概化,即山丘区由设计暴雨推求水库入流过程;城区和郊区产汇流及河道排涝计算采用SWMM模型。实例应用中针对各种频率的设计暴雨,通过水文水利计算,模拟城区河道流域可能的涝情,分析现状水系存在的主要问题,提出建设性对策和建议。模拟结果满足10年一遇河道排涝要求,可以为水系排涝规划和治理提供相应依据,对其他城区水系的排涝模拟也具有一定的参考价值。Based on the natural geography,topography and water conditions of piedmont plain city,the water drainage was simulated and the frequency of rainfall data ascertained 5,10 and 20years once the design rainfall and distribution was calculated by using SWMM model under land use planning conditions.The partition and model was generalized according to the underlying surface,terrain and landform.The reservoir inflow process was calculated by the rainstorm in the hill area.The confluence and river drainage was calculated by the SWMM model in the urban and suburban region.The application example simulated the flood situation of the urban river basin,analyzed the main problems of the existing water system,put forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions through the hydrological and water conservancy calculation to design storm in a variety of frequency.The simulation results met the 10 years of the river drainage requirements,which can provide basis for water drainage planning and governance as well as has a certain reference value for other urban water drainage simulation.
