摘 要:本文建立了新型轻薄装配式地面辐射供暖系统,对其传热性能进行了实验测试,同时采用ANSYS软件对其进行了数值模拟。通过对实验和模拟结果进行对比得出修正系数,利用修正系数对其他工况下的模拟结果进行修正,得到地板表面温度、地板表面向上热流、下层楼板表面温度和热损失随供回水温度的变化规律和拟合公式,研究结果可为轻薄型地面辐射供暖系统的实际应用提供参考和依据。A new type of thin and light assembled floor radiant heating system was established, and the heat transfer performance of the system was tested. The numerical simulation was carded out by using ANSYS software. By comparing the result of the experiment with simulation, the correction coefficient was obtained. The correction coefficient could be used to modify the simulation results of the other conditions. The variation law and fitting formula of floor surface temperature, floor surface heat flux and surface temperature and heat loss of the lower floor with the change of temperatures of supply and return water were obtained. The research results could provide reference for the practical application of the thin and light floor radiant heating system.
