摘  要:采用VAE乳液、增塑剂、分散剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、高岭土、石英粉等制备了聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料,探讨了乳液的玻璃化温度、乳液/填料比、增塑剂用量以及涂膜厚度和测试温度对防水涂膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,当乳液的玻璃化温度在-5~5℃、乳液/填料比为1.0、增塑剂用量为5%时制得的聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料综合性能较优,而且涂膜厚度和测试温度也是影响力学性能的关键因素,在施工时要特别注意。Polymer emulsion architecture waterproofing coating is prepared by VAE emulsion, plasticizer, dispersant, defoamer, film forming additives, quartz powder. This article discusses influences of glass transition temperature of the emulsion, emulsion/filler ratio, dosage of plasticizer, thickness of film and testing temperature on mechanical performance of the coating. Results show when glass transition temperature of the emulsion is -5-5 %, emulsion/ filler ratio is 1.0 and dosage of plasticizer is 5%, the obtained coating has better comprehensive performance. Simultaneously, film thickness and testing temperature are the key factors affecting the mechanical performance, which should be paid special attention to when construction.
