摘 要:采用MZ酸性染料和反应型紫外吸收剂UV-SUN CEL LIQ对锦纶织物进行染色和抗紫外整理一浴加工,探究了染料、紫外吸收剂用量,浸渍p H、温度和时间对染色和整理后锦纶织物K/S值和UPF的影响,测试了锦纶织物的耐洗性能。结果表明:中浅色锦纶织物需进行紫外线防护整理,随着紫外吸收剂用量增加,织物的UPF值增大,但K/S值明显降低;随着温度的升高和时间的延长,K/S值和UPF均增大;随着p H的增大,锦纶的K/S值和UPF均降低。当酸性染料0.5%(omf),紫外吸收剂5%(omf)时,对锦纶织物染色和整理一浴的最佳工艺为:p H=4,100℃保温60 min。经染色和整理后锦纶抗紫外效果较好,且耐洗性优良。The MZ acid dyes and reactive UV-absorber UV-SUN CEL LIQ were applied to dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyamide fabric in one bath. The influences of pH, dyeing temperature and time, dosage of acid dyes and UV-absorber on K/S value and the anti-UV finishing effect were discussed, and the washing fastness of polyamide fabrics were also tested. The results showed that anti-UV finishing should be carried out for medium and light color dyed polyamide fabrics. With the dosage of UV-absorber increasing, UPF value increased, but the K/S value decreased. The K/S and UPF value of finished fabrics increased with the increasing of finishing temperature and time, but decreased with the increasing of pH. When mass concentration of MZ acid dyes was 0.5% (omf), UV absorber was 5% (omf), the optimal technological conditions were: pH=4, dyeing at 100 ℃ for 60 min. The dyed and finished polyamide fabric had good anti-UV finishing effect and excellent washing fastness.
