摘  要:基于甲壳素纤维的性能特点,采用14.5 tex的甲壳素、棉纤维混纺纱(30∶70),在24针/25.4 mm的双面圆纬机上开发具有抗菌和吸湿排汗性的斜纹提花针织蜂窝面料。详细介绍原料规格、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式、意匠图等编织工艺,以及氧漂、染色、后处理等染整工艺,并对织物的抗菌性能和透湿性能进行测试。结果表明,该面料具有良好的抗菌性和透湿性,调整编织工艺可以得到不同花色效应的织物,为利用甲壳素纤维开发具有高附加值的功能性针织面料提供参考。Based on the properties of the chiosan fiber, the paper develops a new kind of twill jacquard cellular knitted fabric with antibacterial and properties on 24 gauge double circular knitting machine, by using 14.5 rex chitosan/cotton blended yam (30:70). It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw materials preparation, equipment parameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, threading ways, notation, and the dyeing and finishing technology such as the oxygen bleaching, dyeing and finishing. In addition, the antibacterial and moisture-transfer properties of the fabrics are tested. The results show that the fabric presents excellent antibacterial and moisture-transfer property, the different fancy stitch fabrics are knitted by adjusting the knitting technology, which can provide important technical references for knitting enterprises to develop functional knitted fabrics with higher added value by using chitosan fiber.
