针织圆机双斜针筒的设计

摘　　要：针对传统双面针织圆机两个针筒存在编织差异,从而影响编织水平的问题,分析传统双面圆机针筒配置情况,以及织物牵拉情况,采用两个针筒工作面双斜向配置的方法,改进设计一种新的针织圆机双斜针筒。分析该双斜针筒配置的结构及工作原理,阐述该针筒的具体改进方法,包括内外针筒、三角、三角座、导纱器等,并列举几种可编织的织物结构。指出,该双斜针筒配置可平衡两个针筒的编织能力,实现织物的牵拉平衡,为双面针织物新产品的研究与开发提供条件。In terms of the effect by the difference between the two cylinders of the traditional double circular knitting machine, this paper analyzed the cylinder configuration of the traditional double circular knitting machine and the tension of fabric, improved and designed a new double circular knitting machine by using the method of two-way inclined cylinder configuration. This paper analyzed the structure and working principle of the two-way inclined cylinder configuration, described the specific improvement of the cylind including the inner abd outer cylinder, cam, cam box, yarn carrier, and listed some knitted fabric structures. This paper pointed out that, the twoway inclined cylinder configuration can balance the knitting capability between two cylinders, achieve tension balance of the fabric, and provides the references for the research and development of the donble-sided knitted fabric.
