摘　　要：阐述了精细化加工是未来针织物染整工艺的发展方向。在生产实践基础上,从前处理、染色、后整理等工序,分析总结了通过设备优选、加工工艺的改进和创新、细节化管理等实现精细化染整加工具体方案。指出了染整企业的优质产品和服务、精加工技术及细节化管理,有助于企业的生存和发展。It expounds that fine processing is the development direction of the dyeing and finishing process for knitted fabric in the future. From the respects of pretreatment, dyeing, post-treatment and so on, it analyzes that fine dyeing and finishing processing can be obtained by specific schemes of equipment selection, improvement and innovation of processing technology and detailed control. It points out that high-class production and service, fine processing technology and detailed control contribute to enterprise＇s survival and development.
