摘 要:采用低温练漂助剂HK-187对纯棉针织物进行低温练漂前处理。测试并分析了烧碱用量、低温练漂助剂HK-187用量、双氧水用量、处理时间、处理温度对前处理效果的影响,并将低温前处理和传统前处理工艺效果进行对比。结果表明,低温前处理最佳工艺是烧碱用量为15.0 g/L、低温练漂助剂HK-187用量为1.0 g/L,双氧水用量为8 m L/L,硅酸钠用量为5.0 g/L、温度85℃,时间60 min;低温练漂前处理的白度与毛效基本可达到传统前处理工艺效果,且强力损失率较低,具有一定的推广应用价值。Cotton knitted fabric was treated by low temperature pretreatment with low temperature scouring and bleaching agent HK-187. The effects of the amount of caustic soda, the amount of low temperature scouring and bleaching agent HK-187, the amount of hydrogen peroxide, the treatment time and the treatment temperature on the pretreatment effect were tested and analyzed. And the effects of traditional pretreatment were compared with those of low temperature pretreatment. The results show that the optimal low temperature pretreatment process is that the amount of NaOH is 15.0 g/L, low temperature scouring and bleaching agent HK-187 is 1.0 g/L, the amount of H2O2 is 8 mL/L, the dosage of Na2SiO3 is 5.0 g/L, treatment temperature is 85 ℃, and treatment time is 60 minutes; whiteness and capillary effect of low temperature pretreatment is the same as that of traditional pretreatment, and strength loss rate is low with a certain value of promotion and application.
