摘  要:通过对我国管道建设及管理发展历程的回顾,以及对国外油气输送管道运行管理的简述,指出进一步提高管道自动化水平,实现无人值守是管道建设和管理的发展方向,并由此提出了管道自动化管理新模式,即利用自动化技术以及信息化和数字化手段,依靠SC A D A系统、现场的自动化设备等,构建由模拟仿真系统、SC A D A系统和数据管理系统组成的自动化管道计算机控制系统。在油气输送站场实现无人值守,在调度控制中心实现对所辖管道进行调度、运行和管理,最终完成用最小能耗将一定数量的油气输送到目的地。为今后自动化管道的设计、运行、管理提供借鉴。Firstly,the development of pipeline construction and management in China is looked back in this paper.Then,the operation management of foreign oil and gas transportation pipelines is briefly introduced.It is pointed out that further improving pipeline automation level to realize unattended operation is the development trend of pipeline construction and management.Thus,the new management mode of automation pipeline is put forward,i.e.utilizing automation technology and methods of informationization and digitization,relying on SCADA system and in- situ automatic equipment to construct the computer control system of automation pipeline which consists of simulation and imitation system,SCADA system and data management system.Unattended operation is realized in the oil/gas station,and dispatch,operation and management of the pipeline are realized in the dispatch and control center.The minimum energy consumption is used to transport a certain amount of oil/gas to the destination finally.This paper will provide reference for the design,operation and management of automatic pipeline in the future.
