摘　　要：基于绝经后肥胖痰证中医病理特点辨识的研究现状,提出以临床为基础,以文献为参照,以中医基本理论为指导,开展绝经后肥胖痰证证素的提取、挖掘与规范化研究,从而形成能反映病理本质、直观、简便、科学的辨证模式,是今后绝经后肥胖痰证中医病理特点辨识研究的基本方向。Research status of obesity phlegm syndrome identification based on pathological features of postmenopausal,proposed based on clinic,using literature as a reference,the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as a guide,to carry out the extraction of obesity phlegm syndromes after menopause,research on mining and norms,which can reflect the pathological nature,intuitive,simple,dialectical mode of science that is the basic direction of study on TCM pathological characteristics identification of phlegm syndrome in postmenopausal obesity in the future.
