摘 要:列举了蝶型压料器的常见结构样式,根据压料器的工作过程及特点建立有限元模型。将压料器在模具工作过程中的状态分为匀速状态和非匀速状态,分析两种状态下压料器的应力分布情况。建立求解工作侧销受力的物理模型,解释了压料器侧销部位受力的分布规律。以假设工作侧销双边失效为前提,分析了压料器的应力分布情况。通过对压料器应力分布的分析得出蝶形压料器结构强度的薄弱部位,对结构的优化设计有重要的理论指导意义。Enumerateeommon structures of thebutterfly pad, establishthe finite element model according to the working process of the pad. Divide the state of the pad during working process of the die into uniform state and non-uniform state, analyze the distribution of stress of the pad under the two states. Establish the physical model for solving force of the working side pin area, explain the stress distribution characters of the work side pin areas in the pad. Analyze the distribution of stress of the pad under the assumption that all the work side pins are losing efficacy. Obtain the weak areas of the butterfly pad through the analysis of the stress distributions of the pad, it has important theoretical guiding signifcance to the optimization design of the structure.
