摘　　要：伴随着建筑行业发展,钢结构产品逐渐取代相关钢筋混凝土结构,成为建筑主体。作为钢结构的一个组成部分,焊接梁被广泛应用,随之而来的焊接变形问题使很多企业望而却步,目前已有大型专业校正设备,但其成本普遍很高,且占地区域较大,无形中增加了成本。若采用火焰矫正法则对操作者的水平有很高的要求,如果加热点选择不当,反而会加重钢结构本身的变形,且生产效率很低。而采用本文提供的一套校正装置,造价低廉,降低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,并能有效保证成形品质。Witb the development of construction industry, the steel structure of reinforced conerete structures related to the product gradually replace become construction main body. As a part of steel strueture, welding beam is widely used, tollowed by welding deformation problems make many troubles, there are a large protfessional calibration equipment, but its cost is generally high, and covers an area larger, virtually increased the cost. If by flame correction rule has high demands to the level of the operator, if improper selection and hot spots would increase the deformation of the steel structure itself and the production efficiency is very low. And use the provided a set of calibration device, low cost, reduce the workers labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and can effectively guarantee the forming quality.
