摘　　要：系统分析了定心盘结构特点及各结构冲制过程存在的技术问题,优化其结构特性,实现定位盘快速定位与定位的可调性,满足产品技术要求,提高产品生产率。[ A systematic analysis of the centering disk structure characteristics and structure of punching process of technical problems, optimize its structure characteristics, so as to realize the positioning tray for quick localization and adjustability, meet the technical requirements for products and improve the productivity.
