摘　　要：介绍了基于UGNX4.0的高速数控编程过程,分析了吹瓶模具的加工工艺流程,主要进行了模具型腔数控铣粗加工、半精加工,高速数控精加工。实现了基于UG编程软件快速高效编程,较好地保证了型腔面高速精加工后的精度,达到大幅减少人工抛光工序时间的效果。This paper introduces a high speed NC programming process based on UGNX4.0, and analyzes the process of blowing mold, it mainly for the mold of traditional CNC milling roughing, semi finishing, high-speed CNC machining. Achieved fast and efficient programming based on the UG programming software, these could guarantee the accuracy to achieve this effect of substantially, to reduce the time of manual polishing process after high speed finish machining.
