人小腿腓肠肌肌内神经染色及肌亚部划分的体会

摘　　要：目的充分了解人小腿腓肠肌肌内神经的染色情况及肌亚部的划分,为深入了解小腿腓肠肌各部分功能提供形态学依据。方法采用大体解剖法进行研究,选择10具成人尸体进行观察,记录腓肠肌的形态学数据,并采用sihler’s肌内神经染色法进行神经染色,观察腓肠肌神经分布特点。结果根据解剖结果来看,腓肠肌外侧头主要可分为肌质亚部、外侧深亚部和外侧浅亚部三个亚部,而内侧头则并无明显的亚部划分特征;神经染色结果显示,腓肠肌外侧头神经共分出5支,分别支配3各亚部,具有多支型分布的特点,而内侧头肌内神经则主要呈现出单支分布。结论人体小腿腓肠肌的亚部划分可根据内侧头和外侧头特点进行划分,外侧头可分为三个肌亚部,外侧头和内侧头神经分布存在差异。Objective：To fully understand the situation of people divided gastrocnemius muscle and intramuscular nerve staining of sub-section provide morphological basis for understanding the function of each part gastrocnemius. Methods ： The study gross anatomical method selected 10 adult cadavers were observed, recorded gastrocnemius morphological data, and nerve staining using sihler~ intramuscular nerve staining observed gastrocnemius nerve distribution. Results： According to the results of the anatomical point of view, the lateral head of the gastrocnemius muscle mass can be divided into sub-sec- tion, the outer portion and the outer shallow deep sub-sub-sub-section three portions, while the inside of the head is no clear division of sub-features section ; staining nerve display, lateral gastrocnemius nerve consists of five, each sub-section 3, respectively, dominate, has the characteristics of multi-branched type distribution, and the medial head of the main in- tramuscular nerve exhibits single distribution. Conclusion： The division of the Department of Asian human gastrocnemius can be carried out according to the characteristics of the medial head and lateral head of division, can be divided into three muscle lateral head of the Department of Asia, there are differences lateral head and medial head innervation.
