循证护理在椎管内静脉曲张致腰腿痛手术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理用于椎管内毛细血管曲张致腰腿痛方法,减少手术后并发症发生率。方法用循证护理法对本院10例因椎管内硬膜外血管曲张致腰腿痛手术进行并发症预防护理及综合评价。结果本组10例椎管内毛细血管曲张手术患者,无1例出现脊髓损伤、肺部感染、下肢深静脉血栓、泌尿系并发症、压疮等并发症。结论应用循证护理可提高脊柱外科手术患者的并发症预防护理水平,是防止围手术期并发症的有效方法。Objective： To explore the effects of evidence-based nursing on the patients with back leg pain due to spainal epidural varieosis postoperation,and reduce complications in patients. Methods： A literature survey was conducted to uncover 10 cases of epidural varicosis used evidence-based nursing. Results： 10 patients with capillary varicose intra-spinal canal operation, no one appeared laceration of spinal cord, lung infection, lower limb deep vein thrombosis, urinary eomplications, pressure ulcers and other complications. Conclusion ： the application of evidence-based nursing can improve the level of nursing complication prevention spinal surgery patients, is one of the effective methods to prevent the perioperative complications.
