摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸配合常规药物治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹患者的临床疗效。方法:选用符合诊断标准的气虚血瘀型胸痹患者80例为研究对象,按照完全随机数字分法分为常规西药治疗对照组(简称对照组)与热敏灸配合常规西药治疗组(简称治疗组)各40例,8个周为总疗程,在总疗程后采取临床总体疗效(含心电图疗效标准)评判标准评价其临床疗效,不良反应指标评分评价其用药期间的不良反应情况。结果:8个周总疗程后治疗组总有效率82.5%,而对照组总有效率70.0%,,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总不良反应率42.5%,对照组总不良反应率72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸配合常规药物治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹的临床疗效确切,安全无毒副作用,且能更好地辅助改善患者用药的不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion plus conventional drug treatment in pa- tients with Qi Xu Xue Yu type of chest pain. Methods Selected in line with the diagnostic criteria of Qi Xu Xue Yu type of angina pec-toffs of coronary heart disease in patients with 80 cases as the object of study. According to the completely random number method points conventional western medicine treatment control group （control group）, and for heat sensitive moxibustion combined with con- ventional western medicine treatment group （referred to as the treatment group） , 40 cases in each, 8 weeks for a total course. After the total course of treatment to take the overall clinical efficacy （ including ECG efficacy criteria） criteria to evaluate the clinical effica- cy and adverse reaction index score to evaluate the drug during the adverse reactions. Results After 8 weeks in total course of treatment group 82. 5%, while the control group, the total effective rate was 70. 0%, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; treatment group, the total adverse reaction rate of 42. 5%, control group, the total adverse reaction rate was 72. 5%, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of angina pectoris of Qi Xu Xue Yu type of coronary heart disease is exact, safe and non - toxic side effects, and can better assist to improve the adverse reactions of patients.
