枳术丸汤剂结合针刺疗法对结直肠癌术后胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察枳术丸汤剂结合针刺疗法对结直肠癌术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:纳入56例结直肠癌术后住院患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各28例,对照组给予术后常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上于术后第1天开始经胃管注入枳术丸汤剂;同时术后第1天开始针刺双侧足三里、三阴交、公孙、内关穴及中脘穴。观察术后肠鸣音恢复时间,首次排气、排便时间,并详细记录不良反应等情况。结果:治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复时间,首次排气、排便时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有2例患者发生轻度不良反应,对照组有8例发生不良反应,治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05),所有不良反应患者经观察及对症治疗后症状均消失。结论:枳术丸汤剂结合针刺疗法能促进结直肠癌术后胃肠蠕动,促进胃肠功能恢复,并能够降低术后腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Zhizhuwan Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on gastrointestinal function after surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods 56 hospitalized patients with postoperative colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 28 cases in each group, The control group was given postoperative routine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the control group and began on the first day after operation, through gastric tube driped Zhizhuwan Decoction, at the same time , aeupunctured Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Gongsun, Neiguan and Zhongwan. Observe the postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust time , the first defecation time, and detailed records of adverse reactions etc. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first exhaust time and the first defecation time were significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there were 2 cases of patients with mild adverse reactions in the treatment group, 8 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group, the treatment group is less than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. All adverse reactions with observation and symptomatic treatment, the symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Zhizhuwan Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis after resection of colorectal cancer, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions.
