摘　　要：为防止施工天窗内发生电力机车进入停电区的事故,采用Visual Basic编程软件,仿照列车调度指挥系统界面,研发施工天窗内防止电力机车进入停电区的明示系统,并且应用在邯郸站辖区马头站及邯郸站安全监控室。应用效果反映,该系统能够实时显示邯郸站辖区所有中间站停送电情况,能够有效避免电力机车进入停电区,减少铁路一般C19类事故发生,确保车站安全生产。Through analyzing the existing imperfect measures for preventing electric locomotive from entering power-cut area, and in order to avoid accident of electric locomotive entering power-cut area during the period of construction window, this paper adopts Visual Basic programming software, and develops warning system preventing electric locomotive from entering power-cut area according to the interface of train dispatching and commanding system, and installs safety surveillance room at Matou Station and Handan Station. Application result shows the system can show the power cut and transmission situation at all intermediate stations administered by Handan Station, and effectively prevents electric locomotive from entering power-cut area, and reduces accidents of C19 category, which ensure the safe operation of station.
