摘　　要：为解决传统管道除铁器体积笨重,使用维护工作量大,且铁杂质被吸附后不能实现自动清除和分离的问题,介绍了一种改进后的拆分式管道自卸除铁器。该除铁器结构轻巧,能在正常运转中实现连续自动分离、清除杂质,实现自动卸铁。生产实践表明,该产品不仅耐磨性能好,且使用效果比较理想。The pipe section-mounted tramp iron separators traditionally used are generally large in size and heavy in weight and involve much maintenance work. Moreover, the tramp iron separated cannot be auto- matically detached and removed. An introduction is made in the paper to an improved version of such a kind of separator-detachable self-discharging tramp iron separator. The separator is compact in size in which the tramp iron separated can be continuously detached, removed and discharged all in an automatic manner. Practice shows the separator has a high antiwear capacity and a remarkable working performance.
