摘　　要：通过介绍广东省水利厅直属单位档案工作年度评估的缘由、办法、结果、成效,提出存在问题和工作建议。多年实践证明,水利单位档案工作评估,切实推进了档案工作良性发展,从而推动单位各方面事业发展。Reasons, approaches, results, effects of archives annual assessment in Subordinate units of Water Resources Department of the Guangdong Province are introduced, and problems and work proposals have been raised. Years of practice has proved that water conservancy unit archives assessment, effectively promote the healthy development of archival work, thus promoting the development of all aspects of the unit.
