Section Regulation and Control for Guangxi Power Transmission from North to South After Asynchronous Interconnection Operation of Yunnan Power Grid

摘  要:云南电网转为异步联网运行后南方电网主网潮流分布发生显著变化,尤其云南异步联网调试及试运行期间,处于贵州及云南南部送电出口之间的广西北电南送通道由北向南出现持续重载情况。采用BPA计算程序及调度员潮流分析模块对相关断面调控方式进行分析,计算各调控手段对该断面的灵敏度。分析结果表明,广西北电南送通道可以短时通过调整广西南部、北部机组出力以及贵州外送潮流进行调控,后续需加快鲁西背靠背直流异步联网工程、武百线、永富直流送广西工程等相关工程投产进度,以缓解广西北电南送断面重载问题。Significant changes have appeared in power flow distribution of the major grid of CSG after Yunnan power grid turns into asynchronous interconnection operation, especially during the period of asynchronous interconnection commissioning and trial operation, sustained heavy load has appeared in Guangxi power transmission path from north to south between Guizhou and south Yunnan. Therefore, this paper uses BPA calculating program and dispatcher power flow analysis module to analyze relevant section regulation and control mode and calculate sensitivities of different control measures on the section. Analysis results indicate that it is able to regulate and control Guangxi power transmission path from north to south by adjusting south and north units delivery power flow of Guizhou in a short time. Furthermore, it is necessary to speed up commissioning schedule of projects including Luxi back-to-back DC asynchronous interconnection, Wubai and Yongfu DC sending to Guangxi so as to ease the problem of section heavy load of Guangxi power transmission from north to south.
