摘　　要：巴利的社会正义思想主要是在三种社会正义理论模式——作为互利的正义、作为相互性的正义与作为公道的正义——之间进行区分的基础上进行论述的。在巴利看来,作为互利的正义和作为相互性的正义都有其自身的缺陷,相比较而言,作为公道的正义代表了一种更为完善而且更具吸引力的正义观念,因而他主张作为公道的正义。巴利的作为公道的社会正义的确具有一定的合理性,但其实质未变,仍是自由主义正义理论的变种。Barry＇s social justice theory is mainly based on the distinction between three kinds of social justice theory mode--jus- tice as advantage, justice as mutuality and justice as impartiality. In the eyes of Barry, there are defects with the first two modes, while, comparatively speaking, the third mode is a more perfect and attractive concept of justice. Thus, he advocates justice as impartiality. There is certain rationality in Barry＇s justice, but it is still the variant of liberalism justice theory.
