摘　　要：人类政治理性的提升是比较政治研究的基本前提,研究政治理性发展的内在逻辑和维度对奠定比较政治学的学科基础具有重要意义。人类政治理性运行的轨迹是黑格尔、马克思和列宁曾经论述过的环环相扣的螺旋上升的圆圈,这种螺旋式上升的人类政治理性具有与政治实践互相促进的内在发展逻辑。人类政治理性上升的标志在比较政治研究的领域表现为政治科学研究范围的扩展、政治科学基本范畴的锻造和政治科学理论框架的构建。The enhancement of human political rationality is the basic premise of comparative political studies,and it is very important for comparative politics to study the internal logic and dimensions of political rationality. The track of the enhancement of human political rationality is a spiral circle,which has been discussed by Hegel,Marx and Lenin.There is mutually reinforcing logic between the enhancement of human political rationality and human political practice. The signs of the enhancement of human political rationality are the expansion of the scope of political science,the category forging of basic political science and the construction of theoretical framework for political science.
