古代巡视监察制度的历史考察及其启示

摘　　要：巡视监察制度在我国古代很早即已出现,经过几千年的发展,积累了许多宝贵的经验和教训。中国共产党的巡视制度作为党内监督的重要形式,在当今反腐倡廉、整顿吏治方面起到了积极的作用。但仍需要在汲取古代巡视监察经验的基础上,结合当今巡视监察理论和实践,对中央各部委监察、巡视程序、工作方法、巡视人员选任、巡视人员责任追究等方面进一步完善。The inspective patrol and supervision policy has occurred in ancient China. After thousand-year development,valuable experiences and lessons have been accumulated. The inspection policy of our party,as an important innerparty supervision form,has played an active role in anti-corruption and the administration of local officials. But there is still much work to be dong to perfect it by learning from the ancient inspection policy and combining the current patrol and supervision theory and practice. We should perfect relatively stipulation about the central ministries inspection,inspection program,working methods,selection-appointment and accountability of inspection personnel.
