临床医学本科生使用子宫三维血管软体模型学习产后出血止血技术的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:使用子宫三维血管软体模型培训实习医师产后出血6项止血技术,并评价效果。方法:2014年1月-2015年1月在本院实习的本科生60名,随机分为研究组和对照组30名,学习6项止血技术,分别使用模型和常规教学视频和图片教学3小时,学习后1h、1周和1月分别考核。结果:学习后1h考核,研究组的合格比率较对照组高;培训后1周和1月,合格人数和比例均有下降,但对照组更明显。结论:使用模型培训效果良好,值得推广。Objective： To evaluate the effect of 6 hemostatic techniques on postpartum hemorrhage by using 3D vascular software uterine model. Methods： 60 college students practiced in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group between January 1, 2014 and January 1,2015. They were taught six hemostatic techniques using the model or conventional teaching video and pictures for 3 hours. Learning after one hour, one week and one month assessment two groups respectively. Results： After study, the qualified rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group. The number and proportion of the qualified persons in the 1 week and I month in two groups were decreased, but the control group was more obvious than that of the control group. Conclusion： Training effect by using 3D vascular soft- ware uterine model is better, it is worth promoting.
