摘  要:目的:探讨诊断学临床技能多站式考核模式的效果。方法:选取河北中医学院中西医结合专业学生为研究对象。2011级145名学生作为对照组,采用传统考核方式,2012级145名学生作为观察组,采用临床技能多站式考核方式。调查分析技能成绩、期末理论考试、对学生无记名的问卷调查,对参与考核的14名教师进行访谈评价新的考试模式。结果:观察组技能考核成绩与理论考核成绩均高于对照组。参与调查的学生和老师对诊断学多站式临床技能的考核模式认同。结论:诊断学临床技能多站式考核模式是引导学生重视与提高医学临床技能的有效方法。Objective: The objective of this study is to find out the effects of using multiple station in the testing of clinical diagnostic skills. Methods: Students of Hebei university of Chinese medicine as research object. 145 students of the class of 2011 as control group, tradi- tional exam pattern. 145 students of the class of 2012 as observation group, multiple station clinical examination. The theory examinations and the clinical skills assessment of the two groups were analyzed. 290 students were assessed by anonymous questionnaires. Interviews with 14 teachers. Result: Observation group skills grade and theoretical score are higher than the control group, students and teachers of inquiry accept multiple station clinical examination. Conclusion: The pattern of multiple station clinical examination in diagnostics skills examination is effec- tive.
