参与式方法在健康教育讲座技能培训教学中的运用

摘　　要：目的:通过运用参与式方法,革新健康教育讲座培训技术,促进学员的参与度,提升教学效果。方法:对营区医学专业30名学员进行研究。结果:影响学员健康教育讲座效果的因素中,位居前三位的分别为经验不足、自信心不足、语言表达能力不强。运用参与式方法进行培训后,学员在讲座台风(53.3%)、讲座各环节技能(76.7%)、自信心(46.7%)方面均有较大提高。学员对此方法的重要性认可以及满意度均较高。结论:运用参与式方法培训健康教育讲座技能较为适宜。Objective： To renovate the technology and methods of health education training by using participatory method, promoting stu- dents＇ participation degree, thus upgrading teaching effects. Methods：30 students who specialized in camp medicine were selected to study. Results： the students＇ behavior（53.3 % ）, every lecture skills（76.7 % ） and confidence（ 46.7 % ） were greatly improved by applying participa- tory method. The students considered the participatory method as more important and presented their special contentment with such method. Conclusion： the trainings of health education lecture skill by using participatory method was quite fitting and the students thought better of it.
