摘  要:目的:通过运用参与式方法,革新健康教育讲座培训技术,促进学员的参与度,提升教学效果。方法:对营区医学专业30名学员进行研究。结果:影响学员健康教育讲座效果的因素中,位居前三位的分别为经验不足、自信心不足、语言表达能力不强。运用参与式方法进行培训后,学员在讲座台风(53.3%)、讲座各环节技能(76.7%)、自信心(46.7%)方面均有较大提高。学员对此方法的重要性认可以及满意度均较高。结论:运用参与式方法培训健康教育讲座技能较为适宜。Objective: To renovate the technology and methods of health education training by using participatory method, promoting stu- dents' participation degree, thus upgrading teaching effects. Methods:30 students who specialized in camp medicine were selected to study. Results: the students' behavior(53.3 % ), every lecture skills(76.7 % ) and confidence( 46.7 % ) were greatly improved by applying participa- tory method. The students considered the participatory method as more important and presented their special contentment with such method. Conclusion: the trainings of health education lecture skill by using participatory method was quite fitting and the students thought better of it.
